The event, sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ISPI, will be attended by presidents, prime ministers, ministers, entrepreneurs and experts from 56 countries

Common security strategies, the fight against terrorism after the fall of Raqqa and Mosul, a new commitment to managing migratory flows, energy and international trade. These are the main themes of the third edition of Forum MED 2017 - Mediterranean Dialogues Forum, scheduled in Rome from 30 November to 2 December, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI ). The aim of the event, which involves the participation of numerous Italian and foreign government officials, as well as scholars and experts from around 56 countries, is to build a positive agenda that returns to centralize the region, in an international scenario in continuous change. In this regard, during the three days of talks and the 25 sessions of confrontation, particular attention will be given to some key countries such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Egypt, Qatar and Iraq, as well as the vision that some of the most important players in the international chess, like the United States, Russia, China and India, have of the MED area.
