Hosted by the Council’s Italian Member Committee, this week long programme will offer a wide range of events and networking opportunities for the global energy community. Attendees will discuss issues relevant to the global energy transition in public and private meetings with specific sessions dedicated to CEOs and Ministerial Delegations. The event will also host the Council’s major governance meetings culminating in the full Executive Assembly Plenary.
With the theme “Change · Challenge · Opportunity”, the Leading Forum for Public-Private Dialogue on Shale Development looks to address many more players and their technologies – both old and new – among the oil and gas business that will likely become increasingly important for industry participants. The Asia-Pacific Shale Gas Summit is a celebrated petroleum platform which is dedicated to the unconventional resources development in China and Asia. The event aims to recognize, and award technologies and products that promote innovation, multi-disciplinary cooperation, new material, digital technologies with a focus to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Mr. Abdelaziz BOUTEFLIKA, President of the Republic of Algeria, co-organised with SONATRACH and the active participation of Sonelgaz, the Algeria Future Energy Summit will be the official oil and gas event in the Algerian Energy calendar. The European House-Ambrosetti and Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) are organizing the “Asia-Europe Leaders Cooperation Dialogue” conference to be held in Rome on December 4-5. Over 300 people are expected to attend, including high-ranking European and Asian government officials, as well as business owners and opinion leaders. The agenda will include discussions on subjects ranging from the deglobalization of the digital economy to the Belt and Road Initiative and climate change.
Africa Oil Week is the meeting place for Africa’s upstream oil and gas markets. The event brings together governments, national oil companies, investors, corporate players, independents and financiers – giving them a place to network, discuss and share knowledge.
